- Installation services are provided by authorized dealers of Lufi Singapore
- The installation services provided are for basic installation only. Basic installation includes:
- Mounting of the Lufi OBD2 Gauge in a suitable location within the vehicle. The suitable location will depend on the location of the OBD2 port in the vehicle.
- Connection of the gauge to the vehicle's OBD2 port.
- Any additional installation requirements or modifications beyond the basic installation will incur additional charges.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle is in a suitable condition for installation. Any pre-existing issues with the vehicle may affect the installation process and may result in additional charges.
- The customer is responsible for providing any necessary information about the vehicle to the authorized dealer, including make, model, and year.
- The authorized dealer will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the installation process.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the Lufi OBD2 gauge is compatible with their vehicle and meets their specific requirements. The authorized dealer will not be held responsible for any compatibility issues or customer dissatisfaction.
- The installation redemption voucher must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will no longer be valid.
- Any warranty claims or issues relating to the Lufi OBD2 gauge should be directed to Lufi Singapore and not the authorized dealer.
